Harry began selling real estate in the early 70's. By the late 80's he realized the need for a single source for both recreational properties and wilderness businesses. That source is now available through the McCowans.
Harry has been associated professionally with the outdoors since 1969, in the capacity of guide, outfitter, manager, realtor and commercial bush pilot. With his vast knowledge of Canada, Harry is able to bring to the table a background of experience coupled with an understanding of the outdoors.
Harry has been recognized many times by the real estate industry having received awards and recognition from his peers. Harry has been retained in legal matters surrounding outdoor businesses in regards to appraisals and has been affirmed as an expert witness in the Supreme Court of British Columbia.
Harry's advantage is summed up with his years of experience, vast knowledge of Western Canada and his ability to evaluate wilderness properties in today's market.

Carol McCowan

Carol was first licensed in 1979 and brings to the Team a wealth of experience. Carol has been pro-active in the family's outdoor business and has steered and encouraged Harry to be one of the top outdoor realtors in Canada. Carol is very familiar with many aspects of outdoor businesses, including guide outfitting, fishing lodge activities, and other assorted outdoor businesses. Office needs are coordinated through Carol and she looks forward to serving your needs and coordinating your search when it comes to finding that perfect property.
Lynzy McCowan
Lynzy has been a licenced realtor since 2003 and a broker since 2007. Lynzy is an intrical part of the family businesses; she is competant and experienced, having sold residential real estate in Kelowna, managing a brokerage, to marketing ranches, farms and recreational properties in Alberta as well as assisting with the family business of marketing guide territories and fishing lodges.
Lynzy is a very avid outdoor woman enjoyng every outdoor sport from hunting, fishing, camping, hiking, horesback riding, rock climbing, etc... Lynzy grew up in the outfitting business and has a passion for the wilderness.
