Lynzy has been a licensed Realtor for 20 years and a Broker for 15 of those years. She started her career selling residential real estate and quickly came to the realization that her passion lay in outdoor properties. She decided to join forces with Harry and expand the family business to include commercial and recreational outdoor properties: resorts, cabins, fishing lodges, and traplines. The fit for McCowans to expand into this market was a natural transition and she hasn’t looked back.
Lynzy has experience in dealing with License of Occupation, Crown Lease and Share sales, which can all be extremely involved. Harry began selling real estate in the early 70's. By the late 80's he realized the need for a single source for marketing wilderness businesses and properties, that source is now available through the McCowans.
Harry has been associated professionally with the outdoors since 1969, in the capacity of guide, outfitter, manager, Realtor and commercial bush pilot. With his vast knowledge of Western Canada, Harry is able to bring to the table a background of experience coupled with an understanding of the outdoors.
Harry has been recognized many times by the real estate industry having received awards and recognition from his peers. Harry has been retained in legal matters surrounding outdoor businesses in regards to appraisals and has been affirmed as an expert witness in the Supreme Court of British Columbia.
Harry's advantage is summed up with his years of experience, vast knowledge of the industry, and his ability to evaluate wilderness businesses in today's market.

Unlicenced Assistant
Carol was first licensed in 1979 and now works as an unlicenced assistant to Harry and Lynzy. She brings to the Team a wealth of experience. Carol has been pro-active in the family's outfitting businesses and has steered and encouraged Harry to be a top realtor in this field within western Canada. Carol is very familiar with many aspects of outdoor businesses, specifically guide outfitting and fishing lodge activities. Office needs are coordinated through Carol and she looks forward to serving any of your needs.
