Upper Arrow Lake Trapline

Wow – this is a cool opportunity!

This trapline is located along the eastern shore of Upper Arrow Lake taking in Halcyon Hot Springs, as well as backcountry Halfway Hot Springs.  It doesn’t get much better than this folks – after a day out trapping you can warm up in the springs! 

In addition to this, you have a good cabin and skinning shed on a registered site.  You can drive right to the cabin with a jeep or short wheel-base vehicle, otherwise, the last 6 kms or so is via ATV or UTV.  The cabin was built around 2015 and is in great repair providing a warm, cozy home base. 

This line holds great marten, bobcat, lynx, and canines, as well as multiple other species.  It takes in a variety of terrain and forests, including old growth.  This line has been actively trapped in recent years; trails are established, boxes up and locations of marten boxes and cat sets documented and ready to be passed along to the new owner.

The line comes complete with furnished cabin, some traps and stretchers, miscellaneous tools, portable BBQ, and power station, everything you need to get going! 

Don’t wait on this one.  Lines in this area with a cabin don’t come up often and the way lines have been selling I don’t foresee this one lasting long!
